 What this quote is trying to say is that even though you might have great material stuff, beauty, and strength that's not going to help you lead a life where you do the right thing. Many football players can have great strength and riches but also be doing horrible stuff or not good at the sport. This is why we need to achieve a right heart by doing the right thing in order to live a good and right life. Because if we don't we might not be living a good life.
